John Dolan - Twisted Ribs BBQ

Known as Twisted Ribs BBQ, John prefers to be called “JD”.
He lives in the county of NW Leicestershire in the UK and loves to grill all year round. John is all about keeping it simple but big on flavour and loves to cook for his family and friends. His signature dish is St. Louis Ribs with sweet sticky maple sauce (hence his insta tag), however he likes to mix up his grilling with different foods and flavors to develop his own style. Jerk and Mexican food is his favourite types of food, but also loves a filthy burger with all the trimmings. Brand ambassador for Spanglish Asadero seasoning/ rubs. Also part of Team Arteflame representing Team Europe.
Other than the Arteflame Classic 40 grill, he also grills on 2 x Weber Mastertouch, Traeger Ranger, ProQ excel, Weber EX4 Smokefire and a Gozney Roccbox.
